You may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
If items have been damaged through shipping we ask that you send us a photo for our records within a week’s time so that we can process the replacement or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original or comparable packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please allow 15 to 20 business days for package transit on returns and exchanges after leaving the warehouse, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Note: Shipping is not refundable. We may also refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.
